The Products listed on the Site may be supplied directly by Well Patches Ltd.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. By ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You can print a copy of these Terms & Conditions by selecting the print option from your browser.

Use of the Site is also subject to our Website Terms of Use, which apply whether or not you order any Products.

How the contract is formed between you and us

2.1 You may place an order to purchase a Product advertised for sale on the Site by following the onscreen prompts. You can correct any input errors until you click the “Proceed to Secure Payment” button.

2.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs only when we send you an email confirming that the Product has been dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”).

2.3 Each contract relates only to the Products whose dispatch has been confirmed.

2.4 We may decline your order for any reason and will not be liable for doing so.

2.5 We may be unable to process your order if:

  • The Product is out of stock or discontinued; or
  • There is an issue with payment authorisation.

2.6 Certain Products are subject to age restrictions. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.

Delivery

3.1 Products will be delivered according to the delivery option selected when ordering.
3.2 Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order.
3.3 Additional delivery charges may apply to heavy or bulky items.

Risk and Ownership

4.1 Once delivered, Products become your responsibility.
4.2 Ownership passes to you when Products are delivered and fully paid for.

Price and Payment

5.1 Prices are as quoted on the Site, except in cases of obvious error.
5.2 Prices include UK VAT but exclude delivery costs.
5.3 Prices may change, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
5.4 Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
5.5 By using a credit or debit card, you confirm that it belongs to you. All card transactions are subject to authorisation.
5.6 If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you for confirmation or cancel the order.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

6.1 You may cancel your order before dispatch and up to 28 days after receiving it.

6.2 Exceptions: returns are not accepted for perishable, personalised, or unsealed hygiene products, unless damaged or faulty on arrival.

6.3 Returned Products must be unused and in original packaging.
6.4 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.

Our Liability

7.1 We are legally required to supply Products that conform to the contract.
7.2 We do not accept liability for unforeseeable losses or business losses.
7.3 We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.
7.4 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory legal rights.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

General

10.1 If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
10.2 We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page.
10.3 English law governs these Terms, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
